Eligibility

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on used products.

Return Period

• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process

• Please contact our customer service via email with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the item back to the designated return address.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Costs

• For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
